Jacob Cofie - Withdrawing from draft
Cofie (pro draft prep) has withdrawn his name from the 2026 NBA Draft and will return to USC for the 2026-27 season, Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress reports.
Impact
This is huge for USC, as Cofie could've easily made the jump to the pros but has decided to remain with the program for another year. Cofie averaged 9.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists last season as a sophomore, and the big man should take on a prominent role in 2026-27.

Alijah Arenas - Withdrawing from draft
Arenas (pro draft prep) has withdrawn his name from the 2026 NBA Draft and will return to USC for the 2026-27 season, according to Ryan Kartje of the Los Angeles Times.
Impact
Arenas considered the idea of going pro after averaging 14.1 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists per contest in 14 games during his freshman season in 2025-26. However, he'll return to USC for the 2026-27 campaign, where he'll aim to boost his numbers to improve his chances of being selected higher in the 2027 NBA Draft. Given that Arenas has several areas of his game to improve before turning pro, his return to college isn't all that surprising.
