Maliq Brown - Doubtful against NC State Brown (knee) is doubtful for Duke's game Monday against North Carolina State, according to Conor O'Neill of Rivals.com.
Impact Brown did not play during Duke's game Saturday at Wake Forest. During the Blue Devils' pregame warmup, he was seen wearing sweats. Considering then and barely multiple days until Monday, O'Neill believes its including an available Brown would be a miracle.

Cooper Flagg - Quality stat lines continue Flagg had 24 points (8-16 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 7-9 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and one block in 39 minutes during Saturday's 63-56 win over Wake Forest.
Impact It was another outstanding outing for the nation's top freshman and Wooden Award candidate, who continues to produce game in and game out for the ACC-leading Blue Devils (9-0). Individually, Flagg leads Duke in scoring (19.5 ppg), rebounding (8.0 rpg) and assists (4.2 apg), with the latter being particularly impressive while operating at the power forward position.

Ty-Laur Johnson - Facilitating well for Wake Forest Johnson had eight points (2-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five rebounds, eight assists and three steals in 37 minutes during Saturday's 63-56 loss to Duke.
Impact Since entering the starting lineup on Dec. 31, Johnson, a pass-first point guard, is averaging 8.9 points, 4.0 assists and 3.4 rebounds across 30.3 mpg. Saturday was the first time in that stretch that Wake Forest did not emerge victorious, but the Demon Deacons are still off to a solid 7-2 start to ACC play.

Mason Gillis - Picking up with Brown out Gillis had 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-6 3Pt) and six rebounds across 23 minutes during Saturday's 63-56 win over Wake Forest.
Impact Both scoring and minutes are down for Gillis in his fifth collegiate season (first with Duke), but he remains one of the primary reserves for the Blue Devils and has been picking up his play of late. He's recorded double-digit scoring in two of three games for the first time this season, while also pulling down six rebounds in back-to-back contests. The uptick can be directly attributed to the absence of Maliq Brown (knee), who has missed the last three games but recently returned to practice in a non-contact capacity.
