In line to relocate Horne plans on entering the transfer portal and leaving Arizona State, Joe Tipton of On3.com reports.

Impact Horne is now slated to jump back into the transfer portal where he'll presumably pursue his final remaining year of collegiate eligibility elsewhere. The 6-foot-1 guard spent the first pair of seasons at Illinois State before joining the Sun Devils prior to the 2021-22 campaign. Across 35 appearances (34 starts) this past year, Horne averaged 12.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 steals per game.
