Impact Even though DJ Burns has earned most of the praise for NC State's play in the NCAA Tournament, there's no question Horne has been extremely consistent as an offensive weapon. He's scored 16 or more points in three of his four Tourney appearances, averaging 16.5 points per game and shooting 37 percent from deep in the Wolfpack's run to the Final Four.
