Impact Duke has only had three games so far this season where he could muster up 50 percent or better on the floor, otherwise his shooting has been putrid at best. The loss was no different and luckily for him, he made up for some of the lack of production in the paint. No matter what, Duke will continue to receive the bulk of the minutes and will need to find form soon if the Friars want to compete in the conference.

Impact Duke just about carried the Friars to a win, but was a point short in the loss Sunday. The guard showed off his potential once again in the close efforts against Xavier. Duke set a new season-high in points and continued to help out at the boards and move the ball around with his vision. He also came shy of setting a new season-high for attempts in a game and continues to be the main man for Providence.
