Impact Harris had seven points (3-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt), five rebounds and two assist in 27 minutes Tuesday against Texas A&M, and it's unclear when exactly he suffered the injury. Simas Lukosius and Jair Bolden should have increased roles Wednesday for Butler.

Impact Harris displayed great leadership in the second half rally by shooting six for seven from the field including three for four from the three-point line. The first of those three's landed to take the lead from Troy, and in pivotal moments he was comfortable with the ball in his hands. The 6'2" sophomore is playing an average of 35 minutes this season, but seemingly never tired, he is averaging 4.7 rebounds.

Impact The sophomore led the team in scoring the hard way by earning it almost exclusively from the line, taking a career-high 13 free throws. Aaron Thompson's suspension puts a larger role on Harris to distribute, three of his four turnovers on the night came off bad passes. Harris' aggression at the rim is a good sign the former Big East All-Freshman will continue to score points.

Impact Harris missed Butler's first exhibition due to reasons that were never specified, but he was back in action for the team's final tune-up prior to the Nov. 9 season opener. He also started the contest over Jair Bolden, who logged just 11 minutes in the game. It's possible Harris just needed the tune-up minutes more, but given that this game was closer than most expected, the distribution of playing time could be telling of how the Bulldogs will handle their rotation early in the year.
