Still pondering redshirt Duke coach Jon Scheyer, when asked about the possibility of a redshirt for Reeves, said that "anything's on the table for us right now," John Watson of 247 Sports reports. Impact Reeves was one of the standouts in Friday's team scrimmage, recording 11 points (4-4 FG, 3-3 FT), five rebounds and three blocks in just over 13 minutes of action. The plan all along, however, has been for Reeves to take a redshirt season with Duke. The Blue Devils already have the top overall recruit in the nation in Dereck Lively to man the center position (though he did sit out Friday), in addition to Northwestern transfer Ryan Young. Seven-foot power forward Kyle Filipowski is also capable of manning the five, so it's unclear if there will be enough opportunities this season to make suiting up worth it for the 7-1 Reeves. Some believe the three-star prospect possesses NBA-caliber talent, which will surely making spending a year on the sidelines a very difficult decision.
