Registers 21 points in blowout Lanier totaled 21 points (9-17 FG, 3-10 3Pt), five rebounds and two assists over 32 minutes during Saturday's 70-52 victory over Oklahoma. Impact Lanier needed 17 shots to get to 21 points, in large part because he shot just 30 percent from downtown. Still, he was the Volunteers' leading scorer in a very comfortable win over Oklahoma. With the way Lanier shoots with reckless abandon (nearly 15 field goals attempted per-game), he'll remain one of the better scoring threats in the SEC.
