Olivier-Maxence Prosper - Along for the ride Prosper supplied 10 points (3-6 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), two rebounds and three steals in 29 minutes during Saturday's 60-52 victory over Butler.

Impact Prosper's full workload wasn't needed due to a combination of Marquette leading throughout the contest, as well as Butler's anemic offensive providing little threat of mounting of comeback. He's now racked up eight steals over his last five games.

Chase Ross - Part of balanced attack Ross finished with 10 points (3-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), one rebound, one assist, two blocks and one steal over 24 minutes during Saturday's 60-52 victory over Butler.

Impact Ross matched multiple season highs with 10 points and 24 minutes played. No Marquette player exceeded 13 points, while eight logged at least 16 minutes. The freshman is a meaningful rotation player for the Golden Eagles.

Impact Surprisingly, Taylor was chosen to play all 40 minutes of Butler's game Saturday. Despite the Bulldogs' loss, he rewarded the management choice. The sophomore was one of two Butler players who scored at least 15 points Saturday. But unlike Simos Lukosius, Taylor did not log as high or disappointing a turnover rate despite playing more minutes.

Jayden Taylor - Starting Saturday Taylor is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Marquette.

Impact Taylor will enter the starting five with Chuck Taylor unavailable due to a concussion. The 6-4 sophomore started the first 13 games of the year but has been coming off the bench since Dec. 29. Taylor has held a significant role this season, averaging 11.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.3 steals over 27.7 minutes per contest.
