Donald Hand - Keeps streak alive Saturday
Hand had 22 points (6-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 7-8 FT) and six rebounds in 35 minutes during Saturday's 70-62 loss to North Carolina State.
Impact
Hand didn't have his best shooting display from an efficient standpoint, but fantasy managers who are rostering him will gladly overlook that as long as he continues to score at the same rate he's done it of late. He's posted at least 17 points in six games in a row, a span in which he's averaging 23.8 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per contest.

Roger McFarlane - Comes close to double-double
McFarlane notched 15 points (6-11 FG, 3-5 3Pt), nine rebounds, one assist and two steals across 40 minutes during Wednesday's 97-94 2OT loss to Notre Dame.
Impact
McFarlane finished just one rebound away from recording a double-double, and this was the first time he scored more than 10 points since Nov. 19. He's started in each of the Eagles' last seven games, averaging 5.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 0.9 steals per game in that span. McFarlane certainly made his presence felt as a scorer in this one, but it's hard to trust him in most fantasy formats due to the inconsistency in his numbers.

Dion Brown - Scores 15 points Wednesday
Brown provided 15 points (6-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and three assists over 33 minutes during Wednesday's 97-94 2OT loss to Notre Dame.
Impact
Brown was efficient as a scoring weapon and scored in double digits after a couple of subpar performances in February. With double-digit points in three of his previous six games, Brown has done a good job as a reliable scoring weapon for the Eagles with an average of 11.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game over that six-game stretch.

Jayden Hastings - Notches second straight start
Hastings is in the starting five for Boston College on Saturday against Syracuse.
Impact
It'll be the freshman's second straight start and the third of his career. Hastings has been solid as a rotational big man in his first collegiate season, averaging 3.6 points and 3.3 rebounds across 14.5 minutes.

Chad Venning - Available at Syracuse
Venning (foot) is available but not starting in Saturday's game at Syracuse.
Impact
Venning will be available to make his return to the court after a one-game absence, but he won't be among the starter for the road matchup. The senior forward is averaging 12.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.4 blocks on 25.5 minutes per game across 21 games this season.

Kany Tchanda - Out vs. Syracuse
Tchanda (illness) didn't travel with Boston College and won't be available Saturday, the team announced.
Impact
Tchanda will miss his fourth straight game. The reserve forward has only appeared in eight games this season, and averages just 6.8 minutes. Thus, his absence shouldn't be a huge deal to the Eagles.

Elijah Strong - Scores six in return
Strong (illness) chipped in six points (2-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound and one assist in 17 minutes during Wednesday's 84-58 loss to Louisville.
Impact
Strong posted six points, a rebound and an assist during Wednesday's loss against the Cardinals, returning to the court after a three-game illness-related absence. The 6-foot-8 sophomore, who has started in 17 games this season, will look to get the Eagles back on track against Syracuse on Saturday.

Chad Venning - DNP Wednesday
Venning (foot) did not appear in Wednesday's 84-58 loss against Louisville, Brian Dempsey of SB Nation reports.
Impact
Venning was sidelined Wednesday with a foot injury as the Eagles were crushed by the Cardinals. The 6-foot-9 senior, who is averaging 12.8 points, four rebounds and 1.4 blocks across 21 games, will have his next chance to see the floor against Syracuse on Saturday.

Donald Hand - Snaps losing streak with 31
Hand logged 31 points (8-17 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 9-9 FT) and nine rebounds in 38 minutes during Saturday's 77-76 win over Florida State.
Impact
It was the best scoring output of the season for Boston College's leading scorer, as Hand helped the Eagles to their second conference victory, effectively snapping a six-game skid. While Hand's individual outlook remains optimistic, BC is well on the outside looking in with respect to an NCAA Tournament berth. It will need some magic in March, and Hand appears to be one of the few players capable of providing it.
