Impact A towering seven-foot forward, Tounkara will test himself in the ACC after posting solid numbers with Arkansas State in the 2025-26 campaign. Tounkara averaged 4.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game in 2025-26 while logging 18.3 minutes per contest and starting in 21 of his 32 contests. Tounkara should see steady minutes in the Eagles' frontcourt.

Andrija Bukumirovic - Picks Boston College Bukumirovic will transfer to Boston College, per Jonathan Givony of ESPN.com.
Impact Bukumirovic spent the past two seasons at UT-Martin. Th 6-foot-7 forward averaged 13.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists while shooting 52 percent from the field and 36 percent from three. The Serbian forward, who was First-Team All OVC, appears to have one more season of eligibility remaining.

Impact Zeigler averaged 12.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.3 assists last season at Ball State after transferring from St. Peter's. Now, he'll take his talents to the high-major level for his senior season of eligibility, where the 6-foot-4 guard should compete for a starting role immediately.

Impact Duggan is a 6-foot-7 wing who had his best season in 2024-25 with Campbell. That year, he averaged 15.7 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists. In 2025-26, he transferred to Charleston, where he missed the first 15 games of the season with a foot injury but returned to average 9.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists. He'll likely have just one year of eligibility remaining at Boston College.
