Lands at VCU Harper will transfer to VCU, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Impact Harper averaged 7.7 points and 3.6 rebounds with Creighton in 2025-26 after he joined the Blue Jays following a stellar freshman year with Howard in which he averaged 19.5 points. Now, the 6-foot-7 guard will take his talents to VCU, where he'll have two seasons of eligibility remaining and should be a favorite to land a starting role on the wing.

Impact In terms of Harper's collegiate eligibility remaining, he has two years and a redshirt available. Prior to Creighton, Howard included him for his career-best season. Harper transferring colleges again to log a personally better situation can be how he statistically improves.

He scored 12 points, hitting every single shot he took including two from beyond the arc. This spark off the bench played an important role in helping the Bluejays pull off the massive upset win on the road.

Although his production has been a bit up and down due to his inconsistent playing time off the bench, Harper is still making an impact for the Bluejays.

Impact Harper came of the bench in his second straight game Wednesday, but that did not stop him from putting together a productive performance. He set season highs in assists (five) and steals (four) while adding double digit points despite playing just 19 minutes in the blowout win. Although he lost his place in the starting five to Ty Davis after starting the first nine games of the season, he still found a way to be productive off the bench in the conference opener. It's unclear if he'll return to the starting lineup soon, but if he keeps logging performances like this one it'll be hard to keep benching him.
