Impact Omot's latest update comes with good and bad news. The good is that his wrist, whose break caused him to sit out most of California's 2024-25 season, no longer appears to be a problem. The bad is that Omot has a stress fracture in his shin, part of the lower leg, which he underwent surgery for approximately a week ago. Though he will sit out Minnesota's summer workouts, Omot is expected to be available when UM's 2025-26 campaign begins, so there remains hope he can fully bounce back next season.
