It was a solid performance for Hammond who reached double figures in scoring for just the third time in seven games. The senior point guard has averaged 12.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.2 steals across 16 conference games, though he's shot just 38.7-percent from the field and has turned the ball over 2.4 times per game.

The Buffs lost each of their first 13 conference games but has won two of three, thanks in large part to Jakimovski, who has tallied an average of 16 points and seven boards during the two wins.

Impact Love matched a season-high point total for the second time in three games, converting on 3-of-5 from beyond the arc, though he converted on just one of his other six shots from the floor during the losing effort. Love has struggled this season with a balky ankle but Saturday marked his fourth start and fifth game total since returning from injury. Since the return he's topped 30 minutes while scoring at least 15 points in four of those five contests as it appears Love is heading into the homestretch at near 100-percent health.

Norchad Omier - Records 15th double-double Omier totaled 18 points (7-11 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 13 rebounds and two blocks in 36 minutes during Saturday's 76-74 loss to Colorado.
Impact Omier did his part, recording his 15th double-double of the season, leading the Bears with 18 points though it wasn't enough as Baylor fell to a Colorado team that recorded just its second win in conference play. Omier now has seven double-doubles across his last nine games, averaging 17.2 points and 11.0 rebounds during that stretch. Despite his best efforts, Baylor has won just four of those nine games as the Bears find themselves moving dangerously closer to the NCAA tournament bubble.
