Impact Dybantsa put on an incredible performance, scoring 43 to break the BYU freshman scoring record. Dybantsa added six boards, three assists and a block but it was his scoring that stole the show and helped BYU pull away. After tallying 19 points prior to the break, the superstar freshman scored 24 in the second half, including a three-minute stretch in which he connected on three-consecutive triples followed by a dunk to seal the performance and send him off to a standing ovation from the home faithful. It's the 11th time in 12 games Dybantsa has topped 20, though he was coming off scoring a season-low 13 points in BYU's lone conference loss against Texas Tech.
