Sheamus announced another open challenge for tonight's WrestleMania Backlash Kickoff Show.
Since capturing the title at WrestleMania, The Celtic Warrior has extended a number of open challenges on Raw, though that not always for his coveted title. Humberto Carrillo answered the bell on three different occasions, and Mansoor made his red brand debut two weeks ago against the United States Champion.
