MIAMI (AP) — Unrivaled unveiled its rosters Tuesday night, with defending champion Breanna Stewart back with key members of Mist BC Arike Ogunbowale and Veronica Burton.

The 3-on-3 league in its third season shapes its rosters through protections and the draft. Half of the eight-team league has players returning to a club Then coaches and the league office work together to complete each team on coaches input. The idea is always to build teams with complementary talent while still having competitive balance across the league.

Runner-up Phantom BC will have Kelsey Plum back on its squad as well as Natasha Cloud and Tiffany Hayes. The trio will be joined by Aaliyah Edwards, Kayla McBride and Li Yueru. Yueru played on Mist last season.

Mist BC added Bridget Carleton, Kiki Rice and Isabelle Harrison. WNBA Rookie of the Year Olivia Miles will be playing her first season in the league. She joined former Notre Dame teammate Sonia Citron on Hive BC.

WNBA Finals MVP Gabby Williams will be playing on Laces BC with her French teammate Marine Johannes.

The league will be going on tour this season with stops in eight cities around the country, including New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Detroit and Philadelphia.

The season tips off Jan. 8.
