Special (De)Livery: World Wide Technology Raceway
This feature at INDYCAR.com showcases special or returning liveries that teams will race at NTT INDYCAR SERIES events this season.
This installment focuses on the Bommarito Automotive Group 500 presented by Axalta and Valvoline on Sunday, June 7 at World Wide Technology Raceway (9 p.m. ET, FOX, FOX One, INDYCAR Radio powered by OnlyBulls).
Scott McLaughlin – Team Penske
McLaughlin is paying homage (photo, top) to the car that Helio Castroneves drove to his third Indianapolis 500 victory for Team Penske in 2009, with the distinctive red-and-white livery the team sported during its long era with Philip Morris sponsorship.
The throwback livery is part of Team Penske’s 60th anniversary celebration this season.
Felix Rosenqvist – Meyer Shank Racing w Curb Agajanian
The 2026 Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge winner will race this weekend in yet another special livery featuring an artist with a SiriusXM channel, Grammy Award winner Shaggy.
Shaggy’s Boombastic Radio (channel 332) will take center stage on Rosenqvist’s No. 60 Honda. The channel celebrates the best in reggae, dancehall and Caribbean culture, featuring music and stories from across Shaggy’s legendary career while highlighting the artists and sounds that continue to shape the genre worldwide.
Alex Palou – Chip Ganassi Racing
The reigning NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion and current points leader will stay in the livery he debuted for 2026 with a victory last weekend in Detroit, featuring a design honoring the successful partnership between Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) and Chip Ganassi Racing.
Honda and CGR have won 125 INDYCAR SERIES races, 15 INDYCAR SERIES championships and five Indianapolis 500s in their partnership of 22 seasons.
Mick Schumacher – Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing
The NTT INDYCAR SERIES rookie takes on the third oval race of his career in this livery featuring event sponsor Bommarito Automotive Group.
Schumacher showed promise in his first oval race, qualifying fourth in March on the 1-mile oval at Phoenix Raceway before finishing 18th.
Nolan Siegel – Arrow McLaren
Siegel’s papaya-and-white scheme will feature Deloitte branding on the sidepods as he aims for his second top-10 finish of the season Sunday at WWTR.
