Range scores 20 as Alabama State rolls to 72-55 victory over Alabama A&M

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) — Isaiah Range had 20 points in Alabama State's 72-55 win over Alabama A&M on Monday night.

Range shot 7 for 13, including 6 for 9 from beyond the arc for the Hornets (9-9, 4-1 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Amarr Knox scored nine points while finishing 4 of 12 from the floor. Antonio Madlock was 2 of 7 shooting and 4 of 4 from the free throw line to finish with eight points.

The Bulldogs (3-15, 2-3) were led by Dailin Smith, who recorded 19 points and two steals. Cameron Tucker added eight points and seven rebounds for Alabama A&M. In addition, Caleb Blackwell finished with seven points.
