Pruitt scores 24, Lipscomb defeats Kennesaw State 101-95

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Will Pruitt had 24 points in Lipscomb's 101-95 victory against Kennesaw State on Saturday night.

Pruitt had seven rebounds and three steals for the Bisons (16-10, 7-4 Atlantic Sun Conference). Owen McCormack added 16 points while shooting 4 for 7 (1 for 4 from 3-point range) and 7 of 7 from the free throw line, and he also had five rebounds. Joe Anderson was 6 of 10 shooting, including 1 for 3 from 3-point range, and went 2 for 3 from the line to finish with 15 points.

The Owls (13-12, 4-7) were led by Terrell Burden, who posted 33 points and seven assists. RJ Johnson added 19 points and six assists for Kennesaw State. In addition, Demond Robinson finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds. The loss is the sixth straight for the Owls.
