Knight scores 19 in Lamar's 75-59 win over Incarnate Word

BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) — BB Knight scored 19 points as Lamar beat Incarnate Word 75-59 on Monday night.

Knight was 6 of 13 shooting, including 4 for 9 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 4 from the line for the Cardinals (8-7, 2-0 Southland Conference). Adam Hamilton scored 16 points and added nine rebounds and four blocks. Cody Pennebaker had 11 points and was 3 of 7 shooting, including 2 for 3 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 4 from the line.

The Cardinals (5-10, 0-2) were led by Shon Robinson, who recorded 16 points, 10 rebounds and two steals. Josh Morgan added 13 points for Incarnate Word. Alex Anderson also put up eight points.
