Impact Sims moved into a starting role on Aug. 17 due to the rash of injuries that affected the team and never looked back. For the most part, Sims has been a productive offensive weapon, although she has lacked consistency from game to game. She's scored at least 13 points in four of her last eight starts but has failed to deliver more than five points in the other four. That lack of game-to-game production limits her upside a bit, though on the bright side, she's expected to remain in a starting role until further notice.
