The Baltimore Ravens narrowly escaped with a win over the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday night. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has come under question after not going for it on fourth and 1 on the 5 yard line leading to a field goal and giving the ball back to Cincinnati.
