Impact Bellato will head into the bout hoping to bounce back from his recent defeat at the hands of Navajo Stirling in September. The 29-year-old Brazilian will look to use advantages in both height and reach to take out the 30-year-old American fighter. With a combined 13-2 professional record in KO/TKO finishes, expect fireworks in this one.

Impact In one of the greatest statistical oddities you will ever see, with the defeat, Bellato falls to 1-1-1 (1NC) in four UFC bouts. Truth be told, it wasn't that poor of an effort as a +220 underdog. Bellato predictably struggled with all aspects of Stirling's game early on before slowly finding his range. The Brazilian is at his best in reckless, wild bouts, and this one got a little crazy in the latter stages. Having Bellato to go on the road and defeat a legitimate undefeated prospect in Stirling was a big ask. Rodolfo should be able to remain competitive most nights as long as the company is reasonable in regards to the level of competition they match him up against.

Foul leads to no contest Bellato and Paul Craig fought to a no contest (illegal upkick) at 4:59 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Atlanta.

Impact It was one of the strangest endings you will ever see. Bellato got cracked with an illegal upkick from Craig with virtually no time on the clock in Round 1. He initially complained to referee Kevin MacDonald about the foul before going unconscious. He woke up in short order, but clearly wasn't himself, as evidenced by the fact he spent the next 30-plus seconds trying to wrestle the referee. MacDonald deemed the foul accidental, leading to the no contest. A rematch seems likely to be forthcoming in the coming months.
