Booked vs. Buzukja Barbosa will take on Dennis Buzukja in a featherweight bout at UFC Winnipeg on April 18, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.

Impact Barbosa's UFC debut was initially scheduled for March 28 against Kangjie Zhu, but that bout was cancelled. Now, he'll get his chance to debut against a fighter in Buzukja who's struggled in the UFC, starting out 1-3 in the promotion.

Official debut set Barbosa will take on Kangjie Zhu in a featherweight matchup at UFC Seattle on March 28, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.

Impact Barbosa is a former LFA contender who enters the UFC with a 17-2 professional record after getting his contract via Contender Series last August. He now takes on Zhu, a 21-4 Chinese prospect who is also making his debut, having earned his spot via the Road to the UFC show. Both fighters seemingly prefer to remain on the feet, where Barbosa will give up two inches in height (with both having a posted reach of 70 inches).

Impact The two men fought to relatively even striking terms on the feet for much of the first round, but it was Barbosa who had the bigger moments. He registered one knockdown earlier in the fight that Wilson was able to bounce back from, but on the second one, Wilson wasn't as fortunate. Barbosa just needed a few more ground shots after that to close the show. The Brazilian has always been a known finisher, as only one of his 17 professional victories have gone to the judges. Barbosa already entered with some steam, having won three in a row under the LFA banner. Now, the 27-year-old will take his talents to the UFC's featherweight division.
