Impact Nakamura has a very limited offensive arsenal, as we saw in this fight. Fortunately for him, his power is as advertised and it ended up winning him the bout and earning a UFC contract in the process. Down two rounds on all three scorecards, Nakamura destroyed Szalay with a knee before firing off follow-up shots which forced referee Herb Dean to step in. Impact Nakamura bounced around multiple regional promotions before getting his shot on the show, where he picked up both a stoppage and decision victory to punch his ticket to the final. He'll hold four-inch height and reach advantages over the 31-year-old Szalay.
