Impact Hubbard was respectable early, fighting to relatively even terms in the striking department in the first two frames, and even getting a takedown in each (despite not doing much with the position). With the fight likely tied 1-1 heading into Round 3, Hubbard allowed his opponent to gain momentum in the striking department while failing on all six of his takedown attempts, leading to his ultimate downfall here. He fought far better than a (+250) underdog, but the end result is his third consecutive decision loss, and potentially the loss of his roster spot as well. He's now dropped five of six dating back to 2021.
