Impact Aiava produced 10 aces in the match, eight more than her opponent. She registered 40 winners as well, three more than Seidel. This will be Aiava's second appearance in the main round of the US Open. Her first-round opponent will be Italy's Jasmine Paolini.

Impact Aiava, who was playing her first match after a gap of more than 15 days, won just 54 percent points on first serve, considerably lower than her opponent, who won 67 percent points on first serve. She converted one break point, two fewer than Arseneault.
