Ronda Rousey corners boxer to first professional win at Golden Boy Live

This has been one of the busiest weeks in recent memory for UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, and it actually had nothing to do with her own fight coming up on Aug. 1 in Brazil.

Rousey kicked off the week with an appearance at WWE Wrestlemania, where she joined her friend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in the ring to help "eradicate" evil owners Stephanie McMahon and Triple H (Paul Levesque) in front of a record-breaking crowd at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

From there, Rousey joined her castmates including Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Ludacris at the premiere in Los Angeles for "Furious 7," which opens in theaters this weekend.

Never one to slow down in her schedule, Rousey then attended the Golden Boy boxing show at The Belasco Theater in LA on Thursday night, where she joined her head coach Edmond Tarverdyan to corner Melsik Baghdasaryan in his first professional bout in the kickoff fight for the card.

Rousey walked with Baghdasaryan to the ring, and while she was poised to help in any way necessary to assist with coaching duties, it turns out the first-time fighter had it covered.

He knocked out Mexican fighter Mario Angeles in the first round, dropping his professional record to 1-7-2.

Baghdasaryan was the opening fight on the preliminary card, while the main card aired live on FOX Sports 1.

Baghdasaryan, who will fight again under the Golden Boy promotions banner, is considered to be a top prospect in the welterweight division as he learns under the guidance of Tarverdyan as well as Rousey, who has been working tirelessly on her own boxing as well.

Rousey has even stated that she boxes far more than she does anything else in her spare time and would love to pursue a boxing match if time ever allowed for it.  Rumors swirled around the Los Angeles Fight Club event that Rousey has even chatted with Golden Boy founder Oscar De La Hoya in the past about boxing, but chances are with her new long-term contract in place with the UFC, she's not going anywhere for quite some time.

Following an extremely busy week, Rousey isn't slowing down as she begins production on her new film "Mile 22" with executive producer Peter Berg in the next few weeks before finally getting into her own training camp to prepare for Bethe Correia, who she faces at UFC 190.
