Conor McGregor makes superfan feel like a world champion
Conor McGregor was just driving down the street, minding his business, listening to "Down in the DM" by Yo Gotti when he spotted a cardboard cutout of himself with an Irish flag on the balcony of a fan's home in Hermosa Beach, Calif.
This house has a cardboard cut out of me on the balcony.

McGregor decided to pop in to show his appreciation for the support, and the TMZ cameras were there to capture the fan's incredible reaction.
"I'm gonna come up to you tomorrow! I'm gonna come up to you tomorrow!" McGregor yelled to the fan while driving a Rolls Royce. The fan was so excited that he could respond with only a simple, "You're the [expletive] man!"
McGregor kept his word and stopped by the fan's apartment the next day, and the man's reaction is classic.
Look at that face
"Holy [expletive], man!" said the fan, who told TMZ his name is Josh, before letting out a deep nervous laugh and explaining to McGregor that he's had the setup since the Irishman's 2013 matchup against Max Holloway.
"I'm blown away by this, man. I've drove past it a couple times like 'what the [expletive]?'" McGregor said.
The champ then took a couple minutes to talk about UFC 196, sign some autographs and take some photos with one of his biggest fans.
"Every Saturday before the fight I put up my cardboard cutout, I put up the flag, I put up the banner," Josh said. "The only thing I can say — and I hope Conor sees this — that feeling he had with Jose Aldo, when he knocked him out and he became the champion ... hands down ... that's what I felt like tonight. That's how amazing it was."
McGregor is in Los Angeles wrapping up his final week of training before traveling to Vegas for UFC 196 fight week, taking with him the undoubted boost in confidence he received from one zealous fan.
