On the last UFC World podcast of 2013 - which is unmissable - discussion on Anderson Silva dominates after his horrific leg break against Chris Weidman. Podcast host Gareth A Davies discusses the main three fights at UFC 168 with FOX Sports MMA writer Mike Chiappetta, and then goes in depth to discuss the man behind the legend that is Anderson Silva with biographer Eduardo Ohata.

The biographer spent weeks with "Spider" in 2012 and feels he got to know the man who he believes "was actually not born to be a fighter".

Ohata has some great stories on Silva, and how his mindset works. He insists the book on Silva was 'warts and all', and that Silva's honesty shone through over time together.

Ohata joins Gareth both before and after Silva's fight with Weidman in Las Vegas.

Then Michael Bisping talks about being back in action in 2014, and why he is targetting Tim Kennedy, whom he describes as "a tune-up fight".

Bisping has plenty to say on the matter, and as he heads to London for January, I suggest Jimi Manuwa may be an ideal sparring partner. Bisping concurs.

Fellow middleweight Chael Sonnen speaks to Gareth and offers a few more quips on the Brazilians Wanderlei Silva, and Vitor Belfort, and in his own inimitable way, continues to fan the flames as Brazil's '€˜most wanted'€™ MMA foe.

Sonnen heads there early in the new year and says that he can't wait to film the new TUF series, and then give Wanderlei Silva "a slapping". Don't miss it.
