Watch this unbelievable backwards header from Ajax's Kasper Dolberg
Ajax had a pretty easy go of things on Sunday, beating NEC by a whopping 5-0 score line. It was so easy, in fact, that players were scoring backwards no-look headers. Check it out:
That is Kasper Dolberg finishing off a hat trick in style by scoring with the back of his head. Most players finish headers with the front of their head, but not Dolberg.
How exactly does one score a backwards header, though? Even upon re-watch, it doesn't make a lot of sense. We lean toward it being a happy accident – why in the world would someone do that? But he does make a heading motion, so it's up for debate.
If Dolberg were smart, he'd just claim he did it on purpose either way. That'll keep his opponents guessing.
