Staff at Hearts are meeting administrators BDO today to discover how many redundancies will take place at Tynecastle.
The troubled Scottish Premier League club have debts of over £25m with secured creditors Ukio Bankas and Ukio Bankas Investment Group.
Trevor Birch of BDO is confident there will be no stumbling blocks dealing with authorities in Lithuania.
"I don't think that should be a problem," Birch said to Sky Sports News before his meeting with employees at Tynecastle.
And Birch insists everyone involved in the process in trying to ensure the club remains playing at their current ground.
"That's what the intentions is because obviously hopefully everybody wins by doing that."
With much talk of boss Carlo Ancelotti taking the vacant Real Madrid post, it is thought that Capello, the current Russia coach, is in-line to succeed him at the Parc des Princes.
Speculation was rife after the former England boss was spotted meeting PSG Sport Director Leonardo in Paris.
However, after Capello himself denied the any talks had taken place, Pierfilippo reiterated his father's stance, insisting it was nothing more than a meeting of friends.
"It was a meeting planned a long time ago," Pierfilippo told L'Equipe
"He knows Leonardo for 15 years, they are just friends, and talked about players and other things.
The Daggers will make one of their longest journeys of the League Two calendar on August 3 when they make the 526-mile round trip to Fleetwood Town, where they went down 2-1 last term.
But Burnett admits he was "relatively happy" with how the fixtures have panned out over the course of the campaign.
Reflecting on the opening-day trip, he told Daggers Player: "It's a long way. It takes me back to last season when we went a goal up and then Chris Lewington decided to throw one in and then he got injured and Jordan Seabright came on and did very, very well.
"It's going to be a tough game but we've got to play them all so why not get Fleetwood over and done with.
"It would have been nice to have started at home. You always want a home fixture to get off on the right foot but it's not meant to be. We play York the following Saturday and by the end we'll play 23 at home and 23 away."
The Daggers are back in for the start of pre-season training on Thursday as they look to avoid the relegation dogfight they found themselves embroiled in last term.
"I can't wait, I'm excited to be working with the players," added Burnett, who admits he is in no rush to add new faces just yet amid what is a quiet transfer market as all parties weigh up their finances.
"Things are going to change slightly, we're going to have a few different ideas and do things slightly differently, implement one or two things.
"I think the players are keen to get back too, we've spoken to one or two of them."
Van Dijk arrived at Glasgow Airport with his agent on Thursday in a bid to finalise a move to the Scottish champions.
The 21-year-old central defender confirmed his interest in moving to Scotland earlier this week after current employers FC Groningen revealed they would sell the player this summer.
