Bordeaux president Jean-Louis Triaud insists coach Jean Tigana is not under increased pressure despite Saturday's heavy defeat by Lorient.
Tigana's troops slumped to a 5-1 reverse to extend their winless sequence to three games and slip to 12th place in the Ligue 1 standings.
Les Girondins were champions of France in 2009 and finished sixth last season, and their decline appears likely to continue this term after picking up just seven wins in 24 league outings.
But Triaud is adamant there will be no knee-jerk reaction, telling Le Parisien: "The question of the departure of Jean Tigana does not arise. There is no decision to take.
