Netherlands winger Arjen Robben has completed a full training session for the first time since recovering from a hamstring injury, but is unlikely to start in his team's World Cup match against Japan.
Robben appeared to be fully recovered Friday from a left hamstring injury he sustained in a warm-up match against Hungary on June 5. The injury kept him out of the Netherlands' 2-0 defeat of Denmark in the teams' World Cup opener.
Coach Bert van Marwijk says that he is unlikely to play Robben against Japan in the Group E game in Durban. But Marwijk hasn't completely ruled it out.
Japan beat Cameroon 1-0 in its first match.
