New England Patriots welcome FC Barcelona to 'the comeback club'

FC Barcelona's comeback victory over PSG in Champions League play on Wednesday was incredible and, frankly, pretty miraculous.

If there's any other team that can share the feeling of an incredible and miraculous comeback on a huge stage in 2017, it's the New England Patriots.

With that in mind, the Patriots were quick to congratulate Barca on their tremendous achievement in the aftermath of Wednesday's historic triumph.

As evidenced by the photos attached to the tweet, that glory of an amazing comeback this year isn't the only link between the two clubs.

The futbol club seemed to be very appreciative of their football friend's support.

FC Barcelona signed a deal with Gillette last year. Gillette Stadium is the home of the Patriots. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I'm a connect-the-dots kind of guy. At this point, I'm not willing to rule out a "deal with the Devil" situation going on here, which would make Gillette the devil in question. Just throwing it out there.
