The 25-year-old is one of the more experienced heads in the Canaries' side and impressed during Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Premier League champions Manchester United. Norwich were unfortunate to lose at Old Trafford and Martin thinks the improvements are down to increased talking within the side. "I think the communication's got better as the season's gone on," he told the Pink 'Un. "It's something that Cully's (assistant manager Ian Culverhouse) been on about. We need to talk more as a team because we're not that experienced, we're quite a young team and it's getting there. "With that, performances are getting better and better. Maybe that's why I was put [at centre-back] in the first place, because I like to talk to people."
