Dennis Van Meegdenburg was the hero for the visitors with two goals, opening the scoring in the 43rd minute and completing the upset four minutes from time. Jasper Bolland was also on target in the 79th minute. Heerenveen hammered third division side Harkemase Boys 6-1 with Bas Dost on target twice. Filip Djuricic, Ramon Zomer and Dost put the top-flight outfit three up before the half-hour mark, but Jordy van Wijk pulled one back for the minnows. Heerenveen showed no mercy to their opponents, though, as Luciano Narsingh, Dost and Quenten Martinus scored to make it 6-1. RKC Waalwijk won 1-0 at FC Zwolle thanks to substitute Roald van Hout's 83rd-minute effort. TOP Oss equalised in the 90th minute as they overcame Eerste Divisie rivals FC Den Bosch 3-1 after extra-time. Tom Van Weert looked to have given Den Bosch victory when he broke the deadlock in the 89th minute, but Charlie van den Ouweland levelled. And Marcel van der Sloot scored a penalty in the 98th minute to put the hosts in front and Christopher Bieber sealed their win in the 118th minute. Elsewhere, Twan Smits scored to give third division Achilles 29 a 1-0 win over Eerste Divisie outfit MVV Maastricht, while FC Eindhoven were 2-1 winners at Almere City FC. Serhat Koc and Jelle Van Kruijssen put the visitors two up before Dion Malone pulled one back for Almere.
