Ipswich agree kit sponsorship
Ipswich owner Marcus Evans has opted to extend his shirt sponsorship agreement with the club for another year.
Evans' five-year deal expired at the end of this season but despite holding discussions with other interested parties Town will again bear their owner's name on their home and away shirts for 2013/14.
Ipswich joint-managing director Ian Milne told the club's official website: "Marcus' initial shirt sponsorship agreement with the club was up at the end of 2012/13 but he has decided to extend that for another year.
"We did speak to a number of local and national companies regarding shirt sponsorship of Ipswich Town and there was interest.
"We could have pursued that further but Marcus is aware of the benefits of the sponsorship and is happy to continue with his name on the front of the shirts for next season."
The new kit, which will be revealed this weekend, is the final strip in the current contract by suppliers Mitre.
