Ince sorry for horror show
Paul Ince has issued an apology to Blackpool fans after seeing his side receive a 6-1 drubbing at the hands of Brighton on Saturday.
The loss at the Amex Stadium was the Seasiders' heaviest defeat since August 2010 and saw Ince's men slip to within four points of the drop zone with two games remaining.
The Championship team have picked up just three wins in 12 games since Ince took charge, but the Tangerines boss is confident the result was a one off.
He told BBC Radio Lancashire: "You've just got to say sorry to the fans. It's just a bad day at the office and you've got to take it on the chin.
"We conceded after eight or nine minutes and you can't do that. We weren't at the races.
"The lads are disappointed but they'll bounce back and they'll want to put on a show next week against Derby."
