Mark Hughes has told TalkSPORT that his former employers need to reach a resolution with the Argentina striker, who is currently serving a two-week suspension after Hughes' successor, Roberto Mancini, accused him of refusing to come off the bench against Bayern Munich last week. Tevez's advisor, Kia Joorabchian on Wednesday told a Leaders in Football conference that his player was misinterpreted, but regardless of that, Hughes would like to see things sorted out for the good of everyone involved. "Everybody needs a little bit of clarity on what actually did happen, and no-one really knows apart from the people that were involved," Hughes told the radio station. "It's important that there are two sides to every story and if there has been some confusion or misinterpretation about the messages that were given, either by the manager or by the player, then that needs to be cleared up for the benefit of Manchester City, the player and his manager."
