Blackpool scored 74 times this season and twice came from behind to defeat Cardiff at Wembley. Despite the daunting prospect of lining up against Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal, next season Holloway will urge his players to go out and attack. He told the Blackpool Gazette: "We won't change our philosophy about attacking people, home and away, and that might lead to some entertaining games - so we won't end up last on Match of the Day every week, because there will be some goals going in. "If we are seven down at Chelsea, then I'm going to try to score - so it might end up 12."
