UCLA volleyball player hustles, hurdles fans for incredible save
Micah Ma'a was a three-sport star at Punahou School in Hawaii.
After lettering for four years in volleyball and basketball and three in football in high school, Ma'a went to college at UCLA.
He has continued to play volleyball as a Bruin and on Wednesday made the save of the year -- decade, century -- in a match against Cal Baptist.

Ma'a comes from great volleyball and athletic genes. His dad, Pono, was a two-time baseball All-American at Hawai'i, and went on to play pro beach volleyball. His mom, Lisa Strand-Ma, played pro beach volleyball after becoming a two-time national champ at Hawaii in 1982 and '83.
