Toreros fall to hot shooting San Francisco

SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Cole Dickerson scored 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead San Francisco to an 83-70 victory over San Diego on Thursday night.

Dickerson also made three 3-point shots as San Francisco (14-15, 7-9 West Coast) hit 8 of 15 from long range for the game. The Dons hit 30 of 50 of their shots from the floor (60 percent) and 15 of their 18 attempts from the free-throw line (83.3 percent).

Mark Tollefsen scored 19 for the Dons. Cody Doolin scored 16 points and had six assists and three steals. De'End Parker scored 11.

Ken Rancifer led San Diego (13-17, 6-9) with 17 points. Johnny Dee and Cameron Miles had 15 each and Chris Manresa had 10 points and 13 rebounds.
