COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) -- The remains of seven Texas A&M canine mascots have been buried outside Kyle Field following $485 million in renovations to the football stadium.

The Eagle newspaper reports informal ceremonies were held Friday for the reburial of Reveille I through VI.

The former mascots had been temporarily relocated to nearby Cain Park while Kyle Field was being upgraded. Reveille VII, who died in May 2013, was also given a burial coordinated by her guardians.
