Seahawks DE: 'We're the best defense to ever play football'

It's been a banner week for quotes from Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett.
After Marshawn Lynch pulled off his impressive 79-yard touchdown run against Arizona on Sunday night, Bennett said, "It was the best run I've ever seen. I felt like he was running for freedom or something. Boy, he was gone. They haven't had a run like that since the Underground Railroad."
Bennett put the humor aside on Tuesday and went for some straight-up bragging, telling the NFL Network, "We're the best defense to ever play football. So when we play the way we play, the way we're capable of playing, whatever [Cardinals quarterback Ryan Lindley] did didn't really matter. When we line up and play the way we are capable of playing, I don't think anybody can play with us."
It's hard to fault Bennett for feeling confident. Over their past five games, the Seahawks have allowed the following point totals: 3, 3, 14, 7, 6.
