Many were left stunned after Minnesota Golden Gophers football coach Jerry Kill's surprising announcement of his retirement due to health reasons.

In a press conference, Kill tearfully admitted his epilepsy has become too big an obstacle for him to continue his ambitious rebuilding of the Gophers program.
