Rams, Chargers release 2018 preseason schedules

The NFL released its 2018 preseason schedule on Wednesday.

If you're a football fan, with the dog days of summer ahead, have no fear ... the fall is closer than you think!

For the Rams, the defending NFC West champions, they open the preseason at Baltimore on Aug. 9, followed by back-to-back home games vs. the Raiders and Texans in Weeks 2 and 3, respectively. New Orleans on Aug. 31 will close out the preseason slate.

For the Chargers, they get things going vs. Arizona in Glendale followed by hosting Seattle (Week 2) and New Orleans (Week 3, Aug. 25) with a date vs. the 49ers in San Francisco to wrap up the preseason.
