Niang returns to Pacers after short stint with Mad Ants

Well, that didn't last long.
On Wednesday, the Indiana Pacers called Georges Niang back up to the big club after the rookie forward spent a short stint with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
After being sent to the Pacers' D-league affiliate on Monday, Niang played in one game for the Mad Ants, scoring 11 points and grabbing four rebounds.
Niang has been up and down from the Mad Ants several times this year. While on the Pacers, Niang has averaged 4.1 minutes per game. He’s scored 19 points in 21 games this season.
Indiana welcomes LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers to Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Wednesday night.
