JJ Watt had a good time in Los Angeles.

From meeting his crush Jennifer Aniston to hanging with celebrities at the ESPYs to surprising a fan with the news of fatherhood, Watt kept himself busy.

And, all the while, the NFL superstar was using the weight room on USC's campus to prepare for the upcoming season.

On Friday, Watt tweeted his thanks Ivan Lewis, the head of USC's strength and conditioning program.

At least one Trojan was impressed with Watt's workout, err, 6-foot-5, 289-pound size ...  calling him a 'skyscraper. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger took notice with what Watt can do.

An interesting side note ... as only a two-star prospect coming out of high school, Watt, the 2014 Associated Press Defensive Player of the Year, never received an offer from the Trojans.

It was also the second NFL star, this week, to use USC's facilities as Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson stopped to hang out with Cody Kessler while Wilson when in town to host Nickeloden's 'Kids' Choice Awards'
